I know this is now my genre, but when I met this gentleman on Broad Street I instantly pictured him in one of foto's (http://focusfaction.com/gallery/showgallery.php/cat/500/ppuser/351/sl/f) awesome portraits. I am sorry if I didn't do the foto style (http://focusfaction.com/gallery/showgallery.php/cat/500/ppuser/351/sl/f) justice.

This mans name is Rote, he seems like a gentle soul in the short time I spent with him.

I really like this shot. I kind of wish you hadn't cut off his head so much though.

Hey Savone, I am amazed this didn't get more attention. This shot came out awesome. I love the B&W version, its like you looked right through his eyes and into his intellect. Nice work.

EXCELLENT!!! The black and white version is incredible. Looks like something out of a magazine. What lens did you use for this? It looks nice and sharp.

What a shot. For some reason I like the color shot. I like the fact that he is slightly "weathered" and the color in the photo seems to emulate it. The b & W hides it.

I do like the B&W as well because the texture of the beard is more stark. I like both actually, but if I were to choose, I would say color!

I'm not a fan of these shots...but i sooooo love the black and white version. Really the eyes pop out so well, it's as if the guy is really looking straight back at you! amazing! :-)

this is really excellent work! keep it up!
