I like the idea, BUT, I think the focus should be on the eye. I would try to shoot it again but this time try focusing on the eyes. Also I would try to rethink your watermark. It looks like you used a paintbrush in photoshop and it is a bit choppy, also try some transparency so it doesnt demand too much attention. It takes away from your cute subject.

Although I spent some time getting that shot she hated it. I'm surprised I got one in focus at all. I will work on the logo. That is something I created awhile back spur of the moment. Thanks for the input

well you obviously used a flash, try stopping down some you'll get more of the image in focus. I also agree about your tag in the corner, you gotta work on that.

tried hgolding a toy above your lense?

works for my dog gerat, i hold a tennis ball and he moves his face where ever the ball moves, and he will sit still for some time.
