Trying a little different technique for the B&W conversion... THOUGHTS???

I like the conversion. It's very well done. You seem to have the highlights well controlled. I love the rim light around her head.

The only thing I'd like to see is some midtone contrast. It depends, however, on the original. How did you do it....
