I'ver personally never met a successful photographer who actually has typed up a business plan. Then again I only know 4 local big time photographers. :)

Over 22 Years in the business...every "sucessful" photog that I know has a well defined plan and stuck to it. The key to any sucessful business is setting goals, limits (budgets) and sticking to them.
I have an MBA in Finance and Accounting and a CPA and I still have a well definied business plan. When operating a business on a professional level with the intent to make a living, it is better to have everything thought out, planned and know your limits rather than just "winging it."
A business plan is a great idea for any business, even is it if just a written narrative of what you plan to do and how you plan to do it.

I think your paying too much attention to the business plan and someone is getting jealous. :) Cute pic and dog.

Did I mention that one of my shots was recently published in FHM Magazine? Actually it's the December 2006 issue that just came out, it's still on shelves if anyone cares to check it out.

I think you need more time to read the posts. I wasnt talking about you being jealous I was talking about the dog. If you keep jumping the gun like that your gonna cause yourself a lot of trouble in life.

I guess I should have saved my mention of being published in FHM for another thread? :(
