I have a passion for this craft and love yakkin about it. I'm a Nikon user, film until very recently, when I decided the newer DSLR's were at least coming close to my beloved Fujichrome films, to which all DSLR's should aspire to! I teach seminars on travel imagery, field techniques, lead photo expeditions, but like everyone who loves this craft...we realize how much there is to learn at any level. Constantly developing (pun intended) craft, with ever changing mediums. Old school though, as much as I love Photoshop and the digital aspects, I retain a great love for the traditional methods, and still keep a darkroom with the best stereo in the house within it's walls! Nothing like the magic of watching an image appear before you under a safelight in developing solution, aroma of darkroom chemistry, prints coming to life on fine art photographic papers, hand toned using real artisan skills. Everyone in this craft should experience the world of film imagery.
Pleasure to be among fellow artists, Happy Trails, Brothers and Sisters!
