Wondeful shot!
Do you take the shots RAW and then PS them?
I love this. I cannot wait until I fully comprehend PS.

I do, although this was before I discovered RAW, so this was a JPG which I PS'd. Two layers and the Sepia was added. The leaves are the original colours in the droplets. (Purpleish red)
Really glad you like it.

I have been using PS since version 3 (we are on 9 now) and still learn something new from just about everyone I talk to. I also have a graphic designer as a friend who also states that Photoshop is ALWAYS a learning process.

I loved this shot when I first saw it, and I like it even more knowing that the droplets are the original color. My first thought was why did he make the water purple! :)
P.S. Looks like another article to me! :)

I would die for an article on this, I have seen many photos that use select coloring (I think that is what it is called) and always wanted to know how it is done. Very nice shot, I hope we will see more like this.

I'll get writing as soon as possible. It may be using a different image as I don't have this original on my laptop, only my desktop PC. Thank you for all the kind comments!
