Here is one for critique taken today.

In my own oopinion, the only thing wrong with this picture is the drab sky. Maybe it was overcast or a bad time of the day. Other then that, I like it.

I love any sailing or windsurfing pictures. Anything that can conquer nature without 20 tons of steel always seems so much more magical to me

It was actually quite hazy yesterday at the inlet. I did my best to adjust colors and levels.

i dunno... I actually like that the sky is plain... the water is 'busy' and if the sky was also, would be too much.

The blues are good and I particularly like the sand and rocks in the foreground

I like the picture. I did play with it. I think my faux lighting was a bit much, but I never hate my edits till a couple days later. I think if it were a little more uniquely edited, it'd be quite the photo! But for composition and the picture itself, I do like it.

I like the color in mommy's and the cropping of the Cannibalized one o.O lol but when you changed the color, you left a white orb around the sail... it looks like it's glowing now o.O

Are you using any filters to help with Sky shots?

nope
but in hubby's stocking this Christmas was a circular polarizing filter.
