Thread: Testing new lights

  1. Testing new lights

here is a photo i took from a test shoot with my new JTL Mobilight 300 light kit.

    Model: Christa Rinderer
    Camera: Canon EOS 20D
    Exposure: don't remember lol maybe f/11 @ 125th
Used 4 strobes for this shot, main, fill, back, and hair...

however, we got a lil' goofy after the shoot and started playing with the liquefy filter lol ^_^

the lights are designed to be battery operated; however, they have an AC switch as well. the give a very nice color that i really like and it was totally worth the money ^_^ I got them from Freestyle photographic supply.

Looks like JTL lights, why do you say they are made to use on battery power?

Did you get a good price? What model are they??

  4. yeah they are JTL's. the are the Mobilight 300, they come with battery packs and has a AC/DC *not the band* switch on it... pretty much i can take my strobes anywhere. the battery is good for about 150 flashes at full-power :-) only paid $734 for the kit off Freestyle :-)
