Love the colored one more, the way her shirt sleeve blends in with the background. The lighting's good, her pose...Killer, and the hats a nice touch.

she has some kinda glow around her.
looks like you saved an improperly lit image by adjusting light in ps or you burned the background for some reason.
but the lighting on the subject looks fine so if you did save this shot you did a good job.
looks like you burned her hand (one that's holding the hat) along with the background.
remove the spike that is coming out of her back
either way, shot looks good, don't take my critique too serious, just giving my opinion.
