  2. Cool, I always love silhouette photos! Its interesting that he seems to be in a suit and it has a nice feel to it.

I am not a strict follower of the rule of thirds; there are times when that rule can a should be broken. However, it is something we need to be aware of and make use when appropriate. As you can see from the lines I have drawn on your image (please forgive the liberty I have taken) your figure falls exactly on the right hand third with his head near the point where the upper third line intersects. This lends force to the image along with the fact that his silhouette is the point of highest contrast and the fact that it breaks through the curve suggested by the road. If it were possible I would have liked to include more of the curve of the road but I don't know what you had to work with.

  6. yes Fibonacci. You have right about the road. I also belive that we must follow the rules but sometimes we're not shooting themes like that with tripode or standing and waiting. This pic was taken in harry and inside from a car. So my thought wasn't to put it away because of this. Anyway Thanks for the comment and these comment are always welcome

I see what fibonacci is saying, he is looking at it as more of a controlled shoot as would I.
But from what you are saying it is more candid/spur of the moment shot and there is nothing wrong with that.
If you crop the image a little you can control where he falls on the "rule" so don't worry it's not an issue.
    cool shot btw
