So, I am starting up a small side project. Basically, I will go to local skate parks and professionally photograph skaters for free. I will then post them on a public website I built, for them to view and show their friends.

My question is, do I need to deal with written consent for this? I will obviously get verbal consent to photograph them, and I will be passing out cards with the website for them to check out, so they will know that the photos will be posted on a public website. I wont be selling these photographs. I will eventually sell advertising space on the site. But the photos will always be posted for free viewing by anyone.

Also, what if I am photographing minors? Do I need a parents written consent to post these photos? Thanks in advance!
