Old stuff in rocks

I saw this at a lake I fish. It's an old railing and some metal rings from a barrel embedded in the rock.

That's really bizare hey... how does that get into rock? Perhaps that's a dumb question, but I can't fathom it

Great pic though...it's a bit hard to tell what it is if you don't know your story behind it. It's good for the textures though... looks good in sepia too

I got the joke... Fathom it???

That stuff gets into concrete before the concrete gets poured, over time the concrete erodes and these get exposed.

Exposed... LOL.
