What are the chances of splitting this up and not showing nudes in the random pics?

Only a small thing but I can't really have photos of nudes show up on a 24" screen at work...

I agree... I'm not particularly a fan of them anyway and choose not to go into the gallery.. but they are usually in the random list somewhere....

I actually "patched" the hosts file so one of the work subdomains is linked locally to FF

Normally it wouldn't be an issue but the problem being the big screen and it's an iMac with 178 degree all round viewing angle. So all the customers who stroll past can see what I see .

Also I'd love the kids to take a look at the forum and not have that pop up at the front of the site and they can troll the forums to find this if they wanted to...

i agree as well, however, i explain to my kids that nudity is art as well.

I think you are able to close the random images section of the forum. Am I correct in this?

But I admit, my friend was sort of surprised at it when I sent her the link at work. She is not a prude, however, she was taking a break at work and popped on to see my gallery and quickly closed it right away as she was not aware of the nudes. Not a big deal for her, but she was surpirsed nonetheless.

She quickly phoned me from Newtown square and commented on that. But she said it was no big deal. I usually post in the subject matter NSFW possible. Thatt way, they know they may or may not see nudes while bringing it up. (NSFW is not safe for work)

It is entirely possible to deny certain members access to any singular parts of the site. If you'd like access to G&N taken off your account, it can certainly be arranged. That way, when you kids get on the forum, G&N won't even exist.

I, personally, just have the forum index page bookmarked, so that it just shows the forums when I hit the site instead of the front page. This is for somewhat the same reason. There's elderly folk going by my computer an awful lot through the day, and I don't want them traumatised. ^_^

I would just like to see this taken away from being shown as the random images at the front of the site. Is that possible? I think that is all we need to do as this is still an important aspect of photography, but also want to keep the front of the site a "G" rated site.

Yep, I'm sure it can be done. The "random" images are chosen from a set of selected forums. I'll check it out.
